Second mandate of 6187 is to promote philosophical and artistic actions in the world. Action, not production. To fulfill that mandate, a series of co-creation schemes, ranging from Dadaist parlour games to 3D sculpting babel totems are devised. 

The common thread linking them is that a group of relative strangers come together to create.
